Shipping policy

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Southern Bell Brands is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don't hesitate to contact us at contact@southernbellbrands.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at contact@southernbellbrands.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Shipping

Unless otherwise stated by the Company, Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs. Once paid, the Company will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Additionally, the Customer must comply with all export regulations of the country of origin and all regulations of the customs agency or department of the importing country. All packing slips and invoices must display the purchase order and shipper's package numbers. The company reserves the right to reject shipments not accompanied by appropriate documentation.

Fulfillment Services. The company may use a third-party shipping service like Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, or any relevant platform to fulfill your order. The Company is not responsible for whether packing complies with industry standards and is proper to prevent damage to Products during transportation and storage. When a shipment by a Third party to a delivery destination specified by Customer is made, the title to Product(s) and risk of loss pass to Customer upon delivery to the nominated carrier. Company will provide itemized invoicing for additional logistics services and Customer accepts responsibility for these services provided always that Customer’s prior consent has been obtained in respect of any charges.
